[openbox] Keybinds blocking chaining

Just started using openbox and I started noticing an issue immediately, I
use Ctrl+Arrows to shift from workspace to workspace.

If I use Ctrl+Up to shift to the workspace above, and it's into a browser
and I want to switch to the next tab (Ctrl+Tab) I have to release both Ctrl
and Up and then Press Ctrl+Tab to shift. This is opposed to just releasing
the up key, and pressing tab.

I wasn't able to google anything, is this a common issue or one that can be
easily resolved?
