[openbox] Icons

try creating actual image files or symlinks in your current icon theme's folder, maybe under scalable/apps, called sublime_text.png or sublime_text.svg.
in other words, copy the files over.
what your current icon theme is? most probably it says so in ~/.gtkrc-2.0.
