[openbox] Could you point me out to right commit?

It *only* happens with apps that, when run cause an existing instance of
the app to open a new window (e.g. chrome or firefox).

In 3.5.0, the "focus stealing prevention" code causes the new window
(which doesn't appear to be directly user requested) to not get focus.

It definitely has nothing to do with the X11 version.
