[openbox] per-app <shade>

Hi,

sorry for exhume this

I have checked the shade mode with a fresh installation of Debian 
Wheezy. It is still not working. The properties in the rc.xml are 
correct (because they are working fine with every other per-app 
setting). I think it is a bug. Could somebody check it out, maybe with a 
other distro please?
