[openbox] Using Mouse To Change Virtual Desktops

For you. For me, the mouse is a ball and chain.

I gave you a way of doing it with the mouse, albeit with the scroll
wheel. That does not require "fumbling with keys."

I'm sure Dana (Openbox dev) would be happy to accept a patch. :-)
