[openbox] Upgraded to openbox 3.5 - strange behaviour with shortcut to open terminal?

Does gnome-terminal launch a new process, or tell the original process to open a new window. If it is the latter, then openbox is probably preventing the original process from stealing focus / raising on top of the currently focused window. (I see a similar thing with Chrome an tracked it down to this using ob's focus debugging option)
