[openbox] window problems

this is a private reply.

Yes, opening a new terminal is one of the big problems I have with
windows popping to the back.  This probably is an openbox bug, since
on lubuntu, the key-binds are done in openbox.  I'm not really that
familiar with openbox to try and debug the .rc file though
Maybe you are?
