[openbox] how to get rounded borders around windows

No quarrel also. But my original question was whether rounded window box frames could be done. There is no harm to aesthetic appeal if it is not a big deal in terms of hogging resources, etc. I am not sure what PekWM does (don't know)  though the developers there claim that they are also very conservative (and resist the idea of adding new features unless absolutely needed).
