No not really.  Not unless it becomes a action in the window manager.

However you need to define what you mean by hidden!
   Partially obscured windows are VERY common.
   What if the user switches to another desktop?
   or the window gets moved partly or even fully of screen?
   Unmapped or Iconified  (this is actually much easier to detect)

However really I don't have a solution for you, other than some
dedicated "window monitor" that watches the window.

One simpler method might be to watch for the window being NOT top-most
(even if not actually obscured), unmapped, or moved.
