[openbox] meta: least overlap patch future

I was a bit disappointed to see that the least overlap patch isn't
apparently included in 3.5.  Was that just because of timing?  I'd
rather not have to maintain a private fork indefinitely, especially
because I loathe going back to svn now that I use git for everything.
