While it's not exactly what I has in mind, I'll give this a shot as it will at the very least help the issue. What I had in mind was letting new windows/dialogs/etc. appear where they wish, but as soon as they appear to have the mouse snap to the new window/dialog/etc.'s location ... in other words, window leads mouse rather than mouse leads window.
