[openbox] Move window frame only

Hi, have you tried with freenx for remote desktop? It's way faster
than vnc. A quote from their site:

"It provides near local speed application responsiveness over high
latency, low bandwidth links"

With a smart enough protocol, moving a window shouldn't imply
redrawing and resending the visible area in most cases, I guess.
