[openbox] Move window frame only

In the rc.xml file the option: <drawContents>no/yes</drawContents>
is nested under <resize> ... </resize> and does not appear to affect
window moves.

What other options can be added to rc.xml?
Perhaps <move> <drawContents>no</drawContents> </move> :)
