[openbox] ANN: OBHotkey, a command-line tool for setting hotkeys

OBHotkey lets you quickly add hotkeys for running applications or (with 
some limitations) performing Openbox actions. It can define (possibly 
chrooted) multi-key sequences. It also includes an optional tray icon 
for adding keys.

It's available at http://obhotkey.sourceforge.net

Requirements: python-xlib, PyGTK (only need for tray icon)
