[openbox] Strange issue, x11 apps started by openbox, output problem.

I think I found what was wrong. kernel linux headers, after upgrade from
2.6.29 to 2.6.32 this issue isn't there anymore, I was a few weeks ago
but now I see that openbox work ok. What you think about it? Could it be
linux-headers?
