[openbox] Openbox and Xrandr - does not detect resolution automatically when maximizing

It may be that RandR is just sending wrong information to Openbox (this
would not shock me), but I'd like to look into it regardless.  So if you
can stick it in the bug tracker still I'd appreciate it.
