[openbox] ANN: OBApps, a graphical editor for Openbox application settings

I've just written a little graphical utility for configuring Openbox's 
per-application (window matching) settings. It's called OBApps and is 
available at http://sourceforge.net/projects/obapps.

OBApps currently requires wxPython and python-wnck. I may be able to get 
rid of the latter dependency (it's only need for the 
click-on-window-to-get-settings feature, and I may be able to redo it 
using just python-xlib), and if there's enough demand I could probably 
rewrite it to use python-gtk rather than wxPython to reduce the 
dependencies even further.

This is very preliminary code, so be sure to back up your Openbox 
configuration file before trying it.
