[openbox] selecting a "primary" desktop in openbox

In 3.4.x, if you're using a saved session, such as with GNOME/Openbox or some other session manager, then Openbox saves your current desktop along with your session, and you'll get back whatever you saved the next time you log in.  So you can just make sure you're where you want to be when you log in, and save your session again, to make it remembered.
