[openbox] GrowToEdge* / MoveToEdge* are not consistent

Oh, I noticed that -say- MoveToEdgeNorth *does* take into account the
bottom edges of other windows, but not the upper edges. That makes
perfect sense indeed if the point is to avoid overlapping. But still,
the doc is misleading.
