[openbox] a power daemon for openbox users?

There is the XFCE power manager 
http://goodies.xfce.org/projects/applications/xfce4-power-manager

I don't know how it compares to GNOME's power manager in terms of dependencies 
and resource use, but I've used it in at least a couple openbox setups.
