[openbox] Merging of user config with system config?

Just an idea for future versions: When I do not fully reproduce the config in /etc/xdb/openbox/rc.xml in my $HOME/.config/openbox/rc.xml OB will not show me any menu and not work properly, although it gives me no errors. Wouldn't it be possible to merge the per-user config into the sytem config? I bet the XML parser can do this one line of code and would spare users this redudancy.
