[openbox] dual monitors with different heights

I hava a similar setup (1600x1200 next to 1280x1024). The pointer
never goes anywhere where it is not on the screen. E.g. when it is at
the bottom of the big screen, and I move it horizontally into the
smaller screen, it appears at the bottom of the smaller screen.
It never disappears.
