[openbox] new menus won't appear

aha, hadn't seen the root-menu. Anyway, even adding it there seemed to
make no change. Strange as it is, making a new menu inside the Audio
menu made the Audio and the new menu appear, than just deleted the new
menu and magically now the Audio menu is still there.
