imlib2 support and other features planned?

Is imlib2 support going to be an option in the future (ie. so users can choose to build Openbox with support for root menu icons)?

Also, as far as I know there is not an action to auto-arrange windows (split them among the screen like a tiling WM).  Is this planned for the future?

If these are currently not planned features I hope they will be soon.
