[openbox] Make ALT-TAB menu icons bigger

A minimum size makes sense like that, but maybe on a really high
resolution display, 96 is quite small.  I think it should be something
much larger, maybe 1024?  As long as making them bigger than the
display doesn't have adverse affects beyond its appearance.  And if
so, then we should fix that. :)
