[openbox] sticky menus, menus as windows or smth similar

And what about positionable menus? You could press a key and the
desired menu would show up at the center of the screen for example
(and not at the cursor position like now)
No need for refresh since the menu just appears as needed with fresh contents.

ps: yeah this mail is kind of a feature request ;)
