No, Openbox does not affect mouse cursors at all.  Each application
defines for itself its icon theme, and they usually derive this from
some common source (the Xresources, environment, settings-daemon,
etc..) There are so many ways to set it up, it is the most confusing
and horrid thing ever. :P
