Gkrellm doesn't seem to be setting the SKIP_TASKBAR hint in Openbox
3.4.  Noone has determined why exactly that is the case, however.
Other applications can do this without a problem, it doesn't seem to
be a problem of Openbox not using the hint, just Gkrellm not setting
it.
