Well, I thought about Ian Zimmermanns "tipp" to use the ./.Xsessions for 
tools, and he is right. You can start all tools binded to an specific 
window-manager-session. So I think, removing the autostart.sh is a good 
idea. In the ./.Xsessions you can use tools at logout too.
