Transitional windows problem

Hi there

This is my problem: I have several windows of konqueror open in different 
desktops, when a transitional window pops up (i.e: "You sure you want to 
delete these files?"), it shows up in the desktop where konqueror was first 
open. This is with KDE+openbox. Is it a bug, or i can configure it somewhere?

I've also experienced problems with transitional windows and focus with the 
ROX file manager (and openbox on its own as WM).
