[openbox] wishlist: tabbed windows

I'm inclined to agree with Doug on this one. I think the tabs are
ugly, and they aren't that useful anyway. I certainly agree with
Doug's comments 100%.

> I certainly hate to be negative, but in my opinion the lack of tabbed windows is just another of openbox's advantages over flux. Tabbed windows, rounded corners, menu icons, built-in transparency? These are the domain of flux. Openbox is a simpler, more elegant beast. Or so I like to think.
