I agree that one of the (if not _the_) most needed (well, wanted) 
features is window arrangement/tiling.  Both my friend and I (the only 
OB3 users I know) sorely miss it from FluxBox (from which we both migrated).

I detailed a three-tier arrange windows command design, though either of 
the last two, if implemented, would be very serviceable.  The bugzilla 
is #2320 ( https://bugzilla.icculus.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2320 ).
