[openbox] obmenu nightmare

Changes are not effective immediately. You need to have openbox re-read
the menu file. There should be an option in your menu already (unless
you edited it out) usually under a section called Openbox Menu and the
item is named 'reconfigure'. Click that and it should re-read your
changes.
