In rc.xsd I think it should be desktopMenuIcons:

 <xs:element name="disktopMenuIcons" type="ob:yesorno"/>

Also, here's the updated es.po and a small patch that I use to keep all
screen available when the dock is configured to be stacked below. If the
behaviour should not be that ignore the patch.
