mouse binding without context

Hi,
i want to make a mousebinding which just works EVERYwhere. Is this 
possible? or do i really have to declare it for all contexts itself?
i want to execute my apwal[1] launcher for this.
i use this in my rc.xml:

    <mousebind button="Mod4-Left" action="Press">
       <action name="Execute">
          <execute>apwal</execute>
       </action>
    </mousebind>
</context>
