[openbox] Why don't use xpm files?

It is more fun and challenging working within restrictions, with
enlightenment things get silly quick because you can do *anything* which
is counter productive imho.

anyway openbox themes are just kind of enough to make in not obtrusive
but not for people to go nuts over.
