icon bug

Hello,

I've noticed a small bug in openbox:
When it displays an icon in a window titlebar, 
sometimes, usually with qt-based applications, 
the first (top) raw and first (left) column of pixels of that icon are doubled.

Please look at the screenshot (attached).
