I map Win-T to launch an xterm. Then I use xterm to run all the programs
I like ... :). The only disadvantage with using xterm instead of gmrun
(or the likes) is that I have to prepend url's with "w3m" or "firefox".
But that's something I can live with.

I'm too minimalist to want extra dialogues :)
