[openbox] Clarification on themes and background

Yes, that's what it means. Since most users probably don't security audit 
theme files before use, it would be annoying if someone though it was 
funny to put rootCommand: rm -rf ~ or something. It's considered easy 
enough to set it yourself somewhere else.
