MS has distributed it with Office, and a couple of other application
packages, and it used to be available for download from microsoft.com.
Perhaps someone who's downloaded it knows what the license was... I can't
find it there.

Googling for it I found it in under a minute on several sites.

There are also several versions of that font running around, of different
levels of completeness.
