[openbox] [PATCH] NetWM hidden and sticky

The sticky part of this patch is incorrect, _NET_WM_STATE_STICKY has
nothing to do with being on all desktops. A sticky window stays
sticked to the screen when you scroll around on the virtual desktop, a
feature openbox does not provide.
