[openbox] Openbox and gnome-panel-screenshot [SUCCESS]

That did it!  Thanks everyone for your help.  I have added the following 
lines to the config file and now all is good...

My only comment is that it would be nice if integrated with the Keybourd 
Short Cuts dialog in Gnome...of course, that assumes users of Openbox are 
users of gnome...
