[openbox] devilspie and wmctrl

Generally I find devilspie and wmctrl to be an icky hacky solution.

If Openbox had the simple "remember" functionality of fluxbox that would 
totally rule.

I intend to write a "remember patch" for openbox3 in the summer. Well, 
at least if I haven't switched to fvwm :)
