[openbox] Fullscreen problems

that's because it also sets the aspect hint, in openbox 3.1 the aspect 
makes the fullscreen window not be fullscreen, i changed it in cvs so 
aspect is ignored for windows with _NET_WM_FULLSCREEN, shouldn't break 
anything i think, yell at me otherwise.
