Fullscreen problems

Hi,

I've recently switched from Fluxbox to Openbox and I have encountered
important problem when I watch movies with mplayer in fullscreen mode.

The problem is when I have my dock panel set to 'always on top' it is
visible even when I watch movies in fullscreen mode. The same goes
with other 'always on top' applications, like perlpanel or
gnome-panel. I haven't encountered such a problem neither in fluxbox
nor any other WM I used.

Mplayer has different -fstype modes, I tried everything, with no
visible result.
