PATCH: 1134 better xinerama support

I put a patch in bugzilla for this bug but thought I'd mention it here.
It makes sure that no windows will ever be placed on the monitor divide
(unless they are larger than one monitor).  This annoys the begeezus out
of me.  Hope someone else finds it useful.

Also, I also created bug 1131 and patched it to make the monitor edge
act like a client edge when you use the moveToEdge<direction>
keybindings.
