[openbox] How do I get programs to start undecorated

hm thx i have installed the patch.
it works but its not what i searched for.

with wmctl, i cant undecorate all my xterms :/
when i do: wmctrl -r xterm -b  toggle,undecorated
it undecorates just the first xterm...

i think the only possibility (sorry my enlgish...) is do do it with
devilspie...
but there is the same problem as with wmctrl...
hm... does s.o. have patch for devilspie?? ;)
