[openbox] That lower-but-don't-focus-window-underneath little thingy

interesting.  this feature has always inhibited my instinctual wm
navigational skills, but i agree with its reasoning/philosophy, so find
no reason to bitch about it.

at a first attempt to modify its behavior through rc.xml, i don't seem to
have the results i had hoped for.

  <keybind key="A-Escape">
    <action name="Lower"/>
    <action name="Unfocus"/>
  </keybind>

the window retains focus after being lowered to bottom.
any hints/suggestions?
