[ANNOUNCE] ObConf 1.4

Hello fellow Openboxers,

This friendly email is to announce the release of ObConf 1.4. In this
version, ObConf continues on its journey of user interface refinements,
including the following updates:

    * A more kindly arranged 'Dock' preferences page.
    * Properly aligned controls throughout.
    * Full keyboard navigability.
    * An 'About' window.

In the process of this release, ObConf has undergone a thourough string
review, and is therefore ready to be translated. Translators can find
details about checking ObConf out of CVS on the ObConf webpage:

The 1.4 release is also available on the ObConf webpage, but here's a
