[openbox] todo for 3.0 final

Hmm.. I'm using docker all the time. Gnome applets (such as gaim) docks
just fine. Klipper for e.g. leaves system tray icon in a window to the
desktop and won't dock (like in ob2 it did). Same does k3b.
